Personal Property & Vehicle Redemptions
Personal Property and Vehicle Redemptions are by appointment ONLY. Appointments can only be performed for the REGISTERED OWNER of the vehicle. NO THIRD PARTIES, unless your finance company specifically lists one on the release for a vehicle redemption.
BE ADVISED: We are security enforcers hired by your financial institution to repossess and safeguard collateral. No party is allowed at our storage facility without invitation and confirmed appointment. ANY party that comes to our facility without an appointment will be asked to leave immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS
All appointments will be treated in a professional manner while on our property - you are expected to reciprocate, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave. Other arrangements will have to be made by you to retrieve your vehicle or property.
How to schedule an appointment
Please use the form below. A redemption clerk will contact you at the number provided during business hours to schedule the next available appointment.
Note: Vehicle redemption requests will only be answered if we have received a vehicle release from the company that issued the order for repossession. If we do not have a release for your vehicle, we will not attempt to contact you until we do.
